Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized / custom products
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Hygiene-related products (if opened)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Customers must provide correct payment details

Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
